There is a new LED Book Light named the "Kandle" which is obviously targeting the eBook Reader market. The Kandle is compact in design and features a wide clip for attachment (similar to a potato chip clip) that makes it easy to travel with and keeps it securely attached when in use. This design works well for many of the eReaders out there including the Kindle 2, Kindle DX, B&N Nook, Sony and others. The product is getting great reviews and makes for a nice gift.

Not Enough Light For Me

by Spress from Berkeley on 2010-07-31
I was excited about receiving the Kandle as a gift, but found it too dim for my Kindle DX. I agree with the reviewer who says you need to clip it on the side of your Kindle DX, but still it's too dim. My eyes aren't good in dim light, so I would not recommend this to anyone with the same eyesight problem. Otherwise it's compact, lightweight and works well.
wonderful!!

by Cindy from on 2010-07-30
I have tried several different book lights for my Kindle. This is the one that I love best. It is light weight, works well even with the cover and completely covers the screen. I would buy it over and over again.
Not bright enough

by nanreno from on 2010-07-29
I just felt that it wasn't bright enough, I had to keep adjusting the angle to see. Also it gets in the way, when not in use. I take it off then forget it at home when I need it. Not happy.
works awesome!

by L. Menke from on 2010-07-29
I purchased this light approximately 8 months ago - I love it!! It is small yet delivers great lighting both at night in bed in total darkness and on the plane where I just need a little extra. Only drawback... get some extra batteries. I left the light on overnight and while it still worked the next day, it was noticeably less bright. New batteries and all was well!
Perfect

by Kristin from on 2010-07-29
The Kandle is exactly what I need it to be: lightweight, easy to use, adjustable, and most importantly, it illuminates the reading surface of my Kindle so that I can read in low light, and in any position. I also loved that it came with two extra batteries - wow. I couldn't use my Kindle like I want to without the Kandle.

E-reader protector

by Linda C. Butler from Stigler, OK USA on 2010-07-29
This is a good idea and will be very useful when traveling. It's a bit big for the regular size E-readers and will fit even the large Kindle.
Great price and great protection!

by R. Welter from Chicago suburbs, IL, USA on 2010-07-03
We boat and camp, so this cover gets a lot of use. I use the M-Edge Latitude cover regularly, and both the nook and the Latitude fit nicely into this cover. Everything stays dry and clean even when the neighbors splash or turn on the hoses (both hazards of lakes and campgrounds!), and it's easy to remove in the evening when I want to read in bed.
For the price - you can't beat it with a stick!
Not fancy - does the job

by RedneckGeekGurl from on 2010-06-25
Decent price/quality
Keeps Nook dry - have dropped off float in the pool (knew that would happen - that's why I bought this!)
Never fold it - store it flat. Fold wrinkles are annoying.
All buttons work inside this - even swipe page changes and touch screen. I have the Industrielle easel case and it all fits in the waterproof case, which makes it easier to use.
Great insurance for my Nook

by Diane Williams from IL United States on 2010-06-15
This is a great product for keeping the Nook dry when reading by the pool. The power button and page turn buttons are all accessible while it's in the case and the finger swipe to change the page on the touch screen works as well as it does without the case. The double-zip and fold over snap enclosure at the top works very well and feels very secure. I haven't (and won't) dunked the nook in water, but for the inadvertent splashes this works very well. There is a little glare, but nothing that can't be compensated for. I wish the case was a little more form-fitting, but the extra space on the sides allows the nook to come in and out of the case easily. A good buy for peace of mind.
Perfect for the beach, pool, and tub!

by Anonymous from on 2010-05-15
This is a great product at a reasonable price that serves its purpose well. The double ziploc closure and the snaps provide a good seal to keep out moisture. The touchscreen is still responsive through the cover and I can even access the power button. The cover adds a bit of glare to the nook, but it is a far better option than having my nook ruined by water and/or sand. A great buy!

great headphones, greater warranty!

by Antoni E. Walker from on 2010-07-31
I have already had 3 sets of these, but i only paid for one. THis is because sukullcandy has an amazing warranty that alloes free replacement for life as long as they are on one piece. I use them on a daily basis, and they useually last 2 to 3 months for mw which is about average. They sound better than all other headphones in this price range, and they are so comfortable that you wont even feel them assuming you are using the correct size. There are 3 sizes so they should fit most ears. I am very satisfied, and i would buy again, but i dont have to because of the warranty! =)
Great sound

Really good sound and fit comfortably. Only problem is my cat likes them to which means I have to keep replacing them lol.
THE WORST earbuds ever!!!

by aloharebecca from on 2010-07-29
These are the worst headphones. Save yourself some grief and avoid them at all costs. I have had two brand new pairs of these in the past six months and both have gone out on me! With the first pair, the sound in one of the earbuds shorted out and there was no way to recover it. There is nothing more frustrating than running with sound only in one ear. I didn't have to worry because the other earbud went out about a week after, so they were as good as garbage!
Now, I've worked in PR for consumer electronics, and I try not to judge a single product because I know there is always different factors coming into play. Stupid me went and bought the exact same headphones and, lo and behold, the exact same thing happened! Within 3 months, the headphones are now totally inoperable - first one earbud went and then the other. I was stupid to buy these in the first place and I warn you to buy some Sony's or another decent brand if you want headphones that will last.
great earbuds to use with my Ipod or laptop

by Marie Betro from Pennsylvania on 2010-07-16
These earbuds are great, especially for someone, like me, whose ears are too small for the earbuds that come with an Ipod.
Great product, but somewhat bad design

by Mgamerz from Boise, ID USA on 2010-07-14
Kind of like the Apple iPhone 4, these Skullcandy INK'D headphones are really impressive but have a industrial design flaw. Being different than the aforementioned however, these Skullcandy headphones have a somewhat weak durability in my experience.
No, I'm not saying if you are person who likes music (who doesn't?), you shouldn't buy these. I have have two pairs and both are broken, but both are my fault. Well, one of them was anyways. I accidentally was swinging one pair and it hit a desk at my school and split open and then didn't work (one of the ears), which was my fault. My other pair however, I noticed for a while that the housing of the speaker was beginning to split from the plastic part the actual 'holder' was. (If you look at the provided picture, the 'black ring' going around the center came off from the part closer to the wire, with the speaker in it) Eventually through normal use it came out, and upon trying to fix it by gluing the housing back the wire that went to the speaker just snapped off and the headphones were dead.
I still have that pair but cut one of the headphones off and am still looking for a different pair as I want to try out some other brands.
For $20 (I got one for $10 on sale at radioshack a while ago), these headphones deliver a bit above average earbud headphones, but for $20 nothing else on the market I have used compares to these. I want some sturdier ones though so they don't break on me so easily.
